Madrasah Immersion Course 202627: al-Ghiyathi
The Iqbal Centre for Critical Muslim Studies and Arabic, Islamic, Middle Eastern and North African Studies at the University of Leeds are pleased to announce the Madrasah Immersion Course 202627 on Imam al-Haramayn al-Juwayni’s al-Ghiyathi. The course will be hybrid and will include open sessions discussing the content of the text and close reading of Arabic extracts (for University of Leeds students only) in specific weeks. Note: All discussion sessions are open to the public via online attendance (Microsoft Teams).
The Arabic reading sessions are for students of the University of Leeds. You will require at least upper intermediate (B2) Modern Standard Arabic to benefit from the Arabic sessions. Handouts and supplementary materials will be provided as appropriate.
